Security First

Remote workers and rotating staff help to keep our physical office safe for you, your family, and your friends.
Your information in our care needs protection as well. As it travels between remote workers and the office, additional security measures are necessary. We have installed VPN connections for all staff to ensure your information is not exposed to threat of theft. We have gone though great effort to provide top tier protection for your information.

To further mitigate the risk of spreading the COVID-19 virus within our office, we are also physically separating staff through implementation of daily and weekly rotation system in which certain staff are in the office while other teams work remotely.

Client visits are done by appointment only. Reducing the amount of traffic into our office allows us to clean in between visits (see below) and reduces risk of exposure.


Cleaning and Disinfecting

Our premises are cleaned and disinfected multiple times per day. All surfaces are wiped and disinfected after every client visit. Staff areas and shared equipment is wiped down several times during the day.

Staff also wear masks and request you do as well for your visit to our office.
